Our prices are some of the most competitive in the construction sector, as we are passionate about making our training accessible to customers with varying budgets.
We have one of the most flexible course cancellation/exchange policies you’ll find. We understand that circumstances can unexpectedly. That’s why we are happy to transfer your booking onto another course if you are unable to proceed with your original booking. We’ll aim to book you onto the next available course if possible.
Booking a training course couldn’t be easier. Booking online is so simple, and you will be able to check out in minutes. If you would rather speak to someone and have them guide you through the booking process, we can do that for you too. Whether you book online or over the phone, we will confirm your place on a course right away.
Sometimes, it just isn’t your day! For this reason, our pass assurance scheme, which is in line with the relevant awarding bodies, entitles candidates to retake failed courses. This pass assurance scheme is applied to all bookings except the CITB courses. For those, please check the individual course pages for the re-sit fees.
When it comes to paying for a course, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal (including PayPal Credit), Apple Pay, and Kandoo Finance.
You can spread the cost of your course when you book health and safety training with us. So, if you can’t pay the full fee up front, you won’t have to miss out on the training you need. We have partnered with Kandoo, a regulated credit broker, to provide our customers with a wide range of flexible finance options.
We will notify the relevant accrediting body of your successful completion of the course as soon as you pass. Your certificate will then be sent to you as quickly as possible. If you need to access your certificate as a matter of urgency, you can use our certificate checker service.
While the tuition that we offer at our training centre is second to none, we recognise that not everyone can make it to us. That’s why we offer online and on-site training wherever possible! Being able to learn when and where it suits them leads to much better results for delegates – and the quality of training we provide is the same, no matter the location.
All of the courses that we provide are full accredited by the relevant bodies. You will receive your certificate from them, and you can be 100% sure of its authenticity. Any delegate that achieves a pass on one of our coursers will be notified on the day of the course. They will also be provided with a course completion letter that can be used to verify the pass. We usually issue any certificates as soon as we have received them from the awarding body.
If you happen to lose your certificate, you can call our certificate management team on 0208 911 8554. There may be a small charge to send a replacement certificate to you but as always, we will try to keep any costs to a minimum.
We are unable to guarantee a job or an interview after the completion of your course. What we are able to guarantee is a more complete skill set for you, with the certification to back it up. You’ll have the qualifications and practical experience that a lot of employers are looking for, which will raise your chances of success in your career.
We want all delegates to be equipped with the materials they need to complete their course successfully. During lesson time, you will be presented with all the resources that you need to follow your tutor’s lead, and if there is anything that will support your learning outside of the classroom you will be supplied with that too.
